Actually our company produces sets for the houses assemblage, made of glulam and round logs.

We are ready to manufacture houses according to your individual project or calculate an assembly project according to your draft.

The wooden house set involves, in spite of walls, the joist floor, the frame of roof  with planking for roof cladding, planed produce for floor covering and ceiling boarding.

The assembly project development takes from 2 to 5 days depending on complexity, the manufacturing itself of the set for construction of a house with the area of 120-150 m2 takes about 2 weeks, and we will need about one month to install the house on the ready foundation.

We make houses of glulam with wall thickness of 140, 170 and 220 mm, but by your request we can produce beams of any section. In the house-building area we use the modern equipment of world well-known companies: finger-jointing line SMB (Germany), 4 sides highly productive planer REX  (Germany), high-precision line for angle coupling cutting SCHMIDLER (Germany).

Besides of glulam houses we offer sets of houses and bath-houses made of round logs. The round logs are made on the ROUNDTECK machines (Finland). The diameter of the round log may be 18, 20, 22 и 24 cm.
